Description:

Experience an annual fall tradition in the countryside, where the only interruption to a relaxing day will be the cheer of excited fans and the storming of thundering hooves. Drawing crowds in excess of 7,000, this outstanding equestrian event combines the thrills of steeplechase with the genteel, social atmosphere of a day in the countryside. Spectators sit in the shade of 100-year-old oak trees at the oldest continuously used race course in Virginia and experience what is called "the best view in steeplechasing."

11am gates open; 1:30pm post time.

Admission Fee/Ticket Price:

$30/car general admission (limit 4 people per vehicle). Race sponsorship opportunities and hospitality tents are also available. Groups and tour buses are welcome with advance arrangements.
