Cheryl is the spokesperson and leader for the LCVA. Cheryl oversees the performance management of the entire organization, its tracking, reporting, and results. Cheryl works for the LCVA Board of Directors, LCVA Team, and tourism industry partners to ensure that the tourism industry is getting support from local officials, businesses, and residents in order to thrive.

Greg oversees the operation of the physical facilities for the entire organization, is the key contact for vendors and purchasing, and supports the President & CEO and LCVA Board of Directors. He is also the initial point of contact for Partnership inquiries.

Jeremy designs, directs, and implements the LCVA marketing program including the destination brand initiatives and the cooperative marketing programs. He also serves as staff participant on the Grant Review Committee.

Brian maintains the LCVA websites, maintains the LCVA and Visitors Center databases, oversees the LCVA research program, and manages the Visitor Centers.

Chris manages the industry relations program including the cooperative sales and marketing enrollment, sponsorship opportunities, and advertising sales. Chris is also the contact person for local, regional, and national travel and lifestyle media, working to attract travel writers to visit and write about Loudoun County.

Direct Sales
Director of Sales, Jennifer Ritter

Jennifer leads the sales team through strategic planning and market segment development, and participates in tradeshows on behalf of the LCVA and the destination. She generates sales leads for meeting facilities and accommodations in the association and government markets. Jennifer works with the industry to “book” the business and coordinates sales team activities and communication among sales professionals in Loudoun’s tourism industry.

Wendy works with the local community to generate overnight visitors through hobby/club groups. She is the key person for LCVA Membership renewals and updating and maintaining the LCVA database. Wendy also coordinates the LCVA's Auction and Annual Meeting.

Susan concentrates on the social markets and generates sales leads for private event venues, accommodations, and services. Susan also serves as the inside sales coordinator assisting meeting planners when they call. Susan supports the entire sales team with group services and tradeshow planning.

Visitors Centers Hosts
Visitors Center Hosts

Hosts staff the Visitors Center located at 222 Catoctin Circle SE, Suite 100 in Leesburg 362 days each year. They also staff a Visitors Center in the Town Hall in Leesburg on weekends and holidays. VC Hosts assist with staffing leisure and lifestyle shows, portable Visitor Centers at events, and other events as needed.

Special Projects

Marilyn works part-time and assists with special projects, data entry, phone calls, research, and other activities of support. She also assists in the Visitors Center and at leisure and lifestyle tradeshows.
