Inside Sales & Services

The LCVA offers services for small groups and social events in each market segment.  The goal is to increase visitor spending by providing services and referrals for groups that contact the LCVA.  Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Helping groups find a facility that meets their needs
• Helping groups find specific services they may need
• Arranging hotel room blocks for groups
• Helping a bride find the perfect place to hold their wedding reception
• Helping a bride find essential services such photography or catering
• Providing welcome bags to group visitors to connect them to activities such as shopping and dining
